Build Your First AI Side Hustle - Beginner Workbook
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the “Build Your First AI Side Hustle - Beginner Workbook” and its accompanying toolkit or other included digital materials (together, the “Product”). The Product is created and licensed by Angus Ferguson, trading as “First AI Side Hustle” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Purchase and payment
The Product is purchased through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as merchant of record and reseller for the transaction, and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts and first-line transaction support. The final price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Digital delivery
The Product is supplied digitally. After a successful purchase, Gumroad provides access to the files through the receipt and/or Gumroad content-access experience. You are responsible for providing a working email address and for downloading or saving the files in a timely manner.
4. Personal-use licence
When you purchase the Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business learning and planning. Ownership of the Product and all intellectual-property rights remains with us or the relevant rights holder.
Unless we give written permission, you must not:
resell, sublicense, distribute, upload, publish or share the Product or substantial parts of it with another person;
make the Product available through a shared drive, membership, course library, marketplace or file-sharing service;
remove copyright, ownership or other rights notices;
copy or adapt the Product for the purpose of creating a competing workbook, template, course
or commercial resource.
5. Educational information - no income guarantee
The Product is educational and informational. It is designed to help you think through ideas, validation, product creation, positioning and launch planning. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment or professional business advice, and it does not guarantee that you will make money, build a successful business, attract customers, or achieve any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, effort, market conditions, skills and implementation.
6. AI and third-party tools
The Product may discuss or suggest the use of AI tools, software or third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may change their features, prices, terms or availability. You are responsible for checking whether a tool is suitable for your use and for complying with the tool provider’s terms and applicable law.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and transaction disputes are handled through Gumroad. The refund policy shown at Gumroad checkout and on your receipt applies to the purchase, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where immediate access to digital content affects a statutory cancellation right, the applicable checkout disclosures and acknowledgements will govern.
8. Product updates
We may improve, correct or update the Product from time to time, but your purchase does not include an entitlement to future versions, new products, coaching, support beyond reasonable access assistance, or additional services unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
9. Intellectual property
The Product, including its written content, exercises, structure, design and original materials, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.
10. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from business decisions, use of third-party tools, or reliance on educational material in the Product. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Product.
11. Problems accessing the Product
If you have a problem accessing or opening the Product files, contact us at [email protected]. For payment, receipt or transaction-specific issues, Gumroad may also provide support through the purchase receipt or its support channels.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases or where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Product, law or platform arrangements. The version presented or linked at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
